About Menvive's Den

Menvive’s Den is a quarterly men’s health hangout, a safe space for men to recharge, reconnect, and network while promoting proactive health, holistic well-being, and successful aging.

The event was inspired by over 2 years of engagement, totaling 105 hours and 40 minutes, with 1,698 participants worldwide and more than 400 members from our online community, Men’s Diary on Clubhouse.

Menvive’s Den will be held sequentially in Nigeria and the U.S., with Lagos hosting the first edition.

Kunle Pelemo Designation

Kunle Pelemo also known as K.P is a multi-talented nation- building and knowledge business strategist. A down-to-earth and unconventional public speaker, trainer and strategist. The feedbacks from his clients and attendees are volumes too much for a brief text. He is the CEO of Kuntol HQ Int’l Ltd and Founder of Empower Mental Drive Foundation- a mental health and suicide prevention not-for-profit organization. He was at a time the Lead Strategist of Mycarebuddy; an online mental health platform in Nigeria, Co-founder of Harmony Circle; Indo-Nigerian collaboration for suicide prevention in Nigeria and India. He is an advocate of mental health and suicide prevention in Nigeria and Africa at Large and also a global goodwill ambassador. Having worked in the oil and gas downstream sector of his country for close to a decade, he deemed it fit to quit the sector in order to champion his mental health and suicide prevention cause called Live And Not Die (LAND) which has evolved into EMD Foundation.

Ifejesuni Adeboye c

Ifejesuni is a mental health specialist dedicated to improving mental well-being through innovative and accessible solutions. With a background in guidance counseling and community engagement, Ifejesuni has worked extensively to design impactful programs that promote awareness, reduce stigma, and encourage open conversations about mental health—especially for men. As the founder of Neukkida Services, Ifejesuni has played a vital role in developing mental health initiatives that prioritize inclusivity and accessibility. In addition to clinical expertise, Ifejesuni leverages experience in product and growth management to create campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring that mental health support reaches those who need it most. Passionate about reshaping the narrative around men’s mental and general health, Ifejesuni brings a unique perspective that bridges clinical knowledge with practical, real-world applications.

Olalekan Owonikoko Designation

Olalekan Owonikoko - The ImisiOluwa is a writer and musicologist who is driving individual and community change using Art as a tool. He is passionate about helping young people navigate through mental health hurdles for productivity and all round fulfilment. At Unclutter, he uses Art and Play Therapy to help young people regulate and attain and maintain a state of healthy mental well-being. His song, The Akara Song, is a self- eulogising song to boost esteem and confidence. He leads Music for Development, an organisation that specifically uses music to address social issues. With his team, they released “Songs for Her”, a collection of songs of advocacy for the Girl Child. He is a Counseling Therapist in training and shares his thoughts at www.theimisioluwa.com
